[3,058,973,245] Red (ghost) portal behind kirac on minimap persisting through relog

Not really sure why it's there? Popped up last night at some point.
It's only appearing on the minimap and can't be interacted with or edited or whatever.
I logged out for idk maybe 8hrs or so, hopped on again in the morning, and it's still there.
