Basically my name is greyed out to other's when we are in parties. My name can be selected locally but when in a party with other's they can't select my name to warp, kick, promote or anything else. Joining locally or through Xbox works fine just the in-game party selections for my name is unavailable, their cursor goes right over it.

Tried making all profile stuff public, resetting etc, nothing seems to fix it, seen other's with this problem from 4 years ago, but no responses to their posts and nothing else I could find to fix it.
