Raiser Spectre gem level 40 - where i am missed?

i copy this build and current at gem level 37 WITHOUT boot +2 level, even i got the boot will be at level 39, where i missed? i checked few times and still dont know where overlooks.

They use Awakened Added Chaos Support instead of Added Chaos Support, which has "+1 to Supported Skill Gems" at level 5.
