Scarab - override "cannot be found"?

Will speccing into the various nodes which block specific content from spawning in your maps also prevent that content if a scarab of that content is used?

No, it's only blocked from randomly spawning on the map so it can still be forced with scarabs, sextants or the Kirac map mods (including Fortune Favours The Brave)

The only node of those with "cannot find" is the node "Straight and Narrow", which has "Cannot find Rogue Markers, Contracts, or Blueprints". Which means Smuggler's Caches drop nothing while that node is allocated.

All of the blocking nodes, including "Straight and Narrow" blocking Smuggler's Caches, do not say "cannot find". What they say is "no chance", meaning that they won't randomly appear. If you add a modifier saying the content is there, then it will be there--it isn't adding "a chance" to find it.
