Language change after update

When I open the official client (not steam version) of the game when an upgrade has to go through, both the client and game reset to my computer's language (which is different to the language I play the game in).

I'd love for both the game and client to stop resetting the language to what I assume is the computer's default ?

If it matters, my OS is in french and client/game are in english.

Obviously not a big deal but its an annoyance.

In my case language choice is locked and incorrectly states English while all interface is in my OS language.
