(PC, controller) Cannot use LT to leave the Epilogue tab on waypoints bug is back

I noticed this bug last league, but when 3.23 launched it was resolved. And somehow, it returned - I guess after the client updates yesterday. It's been fine all league til today.

Once you've completed the campaign and your waypoint defaults to the epilogue screen, such as when accessed from hideout, the LT/RT cannot move you back to part 1 / part 2. Clicking onto P1 or P2 via the mouse re-enables normal trigger functionality to tab between the acts, but once you go back to epilogue, it breaks again.

I have a Gamesir G7 SE (xbox x/s style), but the bug affected me last league when I just had an xbox one controller. Pretty sure it's not specific controller related and is a UI issue.
