DoomFletch The bow either isn't given extra damage at all! Or is just missing in the tool tip

I leveled a while with Barrage Volley fire and than looked at the tool tip. And I had no fire damage or lightning on the tool tip.
At first i ran it with the chest armor Ashrend And figure that was the cause. So I tried switching to Tabula and still no extra damage.

Which was weird being that the Doomfletch bow has "Gain 100% of Weapon Physical Damage As Fire Damage Of Each Element."
