Question: Path of Survivors Skill Tree

Just saw this game on Steam "Path of Survivors" and they seriously promote the game with a Screenshot of the PoE Skill Tree.
Can they actually use the whole Tree for their game?
Maybe they used even more stuff in it, gonna check the Free Demo.

Based on zero legal expertise it's hard to see a problem with reusing the structure of a planar graph.

No, they are not promoting the game with a screenshot of the POE skill tree. Yes, their skill tree is clearly derived from POE's. So what. Path of Exile got its start by copying a bunch of stuff from Diablo. That's okay.

That's a pretty bad ripoff. One thing to have common things all arpgs have, another to copy the tree like that. Node by node.
