Silkweaver's Thread of Hope?

I noticed that Thread of Hope shows up in the MTX Inventory where you apply skins to your character and skills. However, there currently is nothing in the shop to fill the spot and it definitely wasn't part of a Kirac's Vault Pass (I checked).
 I did some digging and on this wiki page I can see that the meta data was added to the client in May 2023, and there's a picture and a description for it. Does anyone know what's up with this? I never noticed anything like this for any other unique jewels, so it's curious. The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge. " I know, I have that MTX. What I meant was that I haven't seen other unique jewels show up in this inventory without any applicable MTX for them. Thread of Hope is the exception there. E.g. I also have Ancestral Vision  It seems they already made the MTX, have added it to the client version but didn't include it anywhere. My best guess right now is that it was meant to be part of a Kirac's Vault Pass but was scrapped for something else.. but I can only assume The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.
