Magic Find Animate Guardian/Gravebind interaction

I have searched here and reddit and can't seem to find a definitive answer:

When putting MF/quant gear on my AG and running gravebind gloves to give him kill credit, does all of the MF/quant on my character stack with my Animate Guardians MF?

When a minion gets a kill, its IIQ and IIR are added to your character's to determine loot. You can even throw in Increased Item Rarity Support for that matter

MF gear on AG will not be applied, only your MF stats. Rarity support will work.

This post from Mark reads differently:

I thought I read very recently that magic-find was NOT working for minions? I don't remember what thread it was in, but I coulda sword a dev had said that.
When a minion gets a kill, any IIQ/IIR from support gems affecting that minion gem area pplied, and then the kill is assigned you as the owner of the minion, so your IIQ/IIR from gear are applied.

The only thing which doesn't work with minions is that IIQ/IIR on gear only apply to the thing that gets credit for the kill (you, not the minion), so IIQ/IIR on gear the minions are using doesn't affect them. The only case this can ever happen is if you have IIQ/IIR mods on a shield, and are using Necromantic Aegis.

It works with minions, but it doesn't with the "minion instability" keystone, iirc
IIQ/IIR from the supports will not work with MI (yet) because it's not actually dealing damage (yet), but IIQ/IIR from your gear will work.

The IIR from the support would be the minion's stat, which is then added to your own. If you transfer this logic to other sources of IIR/IIQ it should work for AG too?

Shoot, I missed that part. Thank you!

Yeah I have seen this explanation from Mark in my research, but I was specifically curious how/if Gravebind gloves interacted differently.
There is no difference between a kill made by a minion and a kill awarded to a minion by the Gravebind gloves. Kills by minions always use the player's mf stats.
