Default attack/All skills greyed out

I must have changed something because today all of my skills showed up as grey, even my default attack! All gems scaled one or two levels ahead of my character and the skills were no longer playable. I moved everything into my Stash and still can't get even a dagger to attack. Feels like a bug, but I just started playing last week so I probable changed a setting somewhere. I'd appreciate any help. Was having a great time playing until now.

I don't know anything that disables the default attack; that seems like a bug to me. You can reduce any non-corrupted gem by 1 level by vendoring it with an Orb of Scouring.

You wouldn't perchance be looking at your skill bar in town would you? Town disables everything.

Bingo. Just decided to see what happens when I try to fight and discovered the skills still there and activated. Simple mistake on my 3rd day playing. Who ever said PoE was too complicated. Thanks for the reply. Now, time to re-equip my character.
