Reduced man cost on rings not working at all

So both my rings have -7 to mana cost, and neither one of them is applying. Boneshatter costs 5 mana before equipping the rings and 5 mana after equipping.
This WAS working yesterday, my cost was 0. Last bumped on Jan 3, 2024, 4:21:21 PM

If I am calculating it right, your total mana cost is roughly 19, your cost should be 5 after your rings.
