Can't get the last 2 points for the primalist ascendancy

no quests after finishing the previous ones and when I speak to the npc,no quest is given to me.
is this a bug or am I missing something? I completed the first two quests without allocating the points. Last bumped on Jan 3, 2024, 8:05:17 PM

The last 2 points come from killing King in the Mists (portal entry from t14+ maps, not a random unique encounter from lower tier maps) and then talking to your vendor npc.
