Summon Skeletons of Archers /w Cluster Notable Skeletal Atrophy

I've been doing some testing and looking to try a new build but It doesn't seem to work in game.

I trying to convert all Summon Skeletons of Archers physical to CHOAS damage using only Skeletal Atrophy and its doesn't seem to work. Could you confirm if this is working properly??

Does Skeletal Atrophy only work with the original skill gem Summon Skeletons? or does it work with new Gem Summon Skeletons of Archers?
