Guild stash tabs scroll bar broken

In Stash tabs with a scroll bar while using a controller it is impossible to scroll to the top of the stash tab the scroll bar will instead wrap around to the bottom prematurely. So far I have encountered this bug on the Gem Stash Tab and the Flask stash tab (The scroll works when using a mouse)
