Blade Vortex of the Scythe: bugged & unusable

Bugged and Dysfunctional
this gem... is by far the worst of all the new gem variants I've tested so far


1: -Missing item description--
*the green text does NOT state that it cant be used by traps/mines
--- (which would have actually made it useful and stupidly fun)
*active cap of 1 is not displayed

2: -Actually bugged-
*when plugged into a spell totem it does ZERO damage ever

3: -It negates its own damage-
*just USING it causes it to over-ride its active cast completely negating it from doing damage.
-not sure if it involves server tics or restarting the time until the current cast is permitted to hit
---(even cast while channeling is casting it so fast it is unable to hit enemies more than once every few seconds if you are lucky)

A Solution
making this skill refresh the duration timer instead of over-riding previous cast would allow it to reach bare minimum usability

(making it stay in the location you cast it would make it interesting/fun)
