Guild Stash Not Functioning

Had my guild stash down in a hideout, attempted to change hideout and now it wont let me place a guild stash in the new hideout even after reclaiming the stash. I went back to the old hideout and I can no longer place a guild stash in my old hideout either. Does not work with the default or MTX purchased guild stash. Attempted to Relog and Restart game (standalone client) as well as Restart PC and still unable to replace down my guild stash even with guildmates online.
