Latency Spike

Its was perfect fine for almost 2 weeks all of a sudden insane latency from 70 to 80 to 1000 2000 and disconnect
Tried turning off windows firewall and ativirus and even deleted the loot filter
All other apps & other games are running fine
changed to another network still same problem
unplayable

I'm having the same troubles 30-40 ping to 30-400 every 10secs not disconnecting. I haven't had any luck with advice what to do either.
