Freezes in game

Hello,
i got a problem.
Every 1/5 map i literally can't play.
I get freezes, my character doesn't move or move after 5-10sec.
I figured out how to do it in leveling. I have to back to before location and open new area with Ctrl. It was really annoying but after leveling it's almost impossible to progress maps. I got of my mind while labirynth.
Freezes are randomly. It can be 2 maps a row (full maps) and then 10 maps without problem.
I play on steam and will try to start on normal client. Do you know any tips what to do?

@Edit normal client doesn't help
