Can't Login

I've been playing for many years now. On this particular setup around 10 months.

I got back from vacation and cannot login. I have a suspicion it is either my internet or maybe the latest patch.

Most of the time I get "An unexpected disconnection has occurred" sometimes it connects, but no longer than a 3 minutes before it disconnects. I have also tried different servers as well a few different settings.
