Game not launching

Hi all,

After launch the game, the process vanishes nothing pops up. If I go to the task manager, the game was processing for few second but then vanish as well. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but doesn't work.

Kindly advise any possible solution for this issue.

Downloaded Steam Client then works fine to me. Able to link my steam account and get back all my characters. So maybe the standalone client got some issue.
