Severe CPU Load after a duration, only after engaging with Wisps

Hello!

I did some testing and it seems that after engaging with the league mechanic, and the wisps have been dispersed, CPU usage as shown in the F1 diagnostics will continue to rise until ultimately the game crashes.

I want to reiterate that this isn't a problem with the base game, it's only the wisps and it really shows during Delirium + Wisps -- I've played 8 hours without interacting with the mechanic and the game ran fine.

I'm not great with computers so apologies for my explanation. It seems that each time I interact with the wisps, it's like it didn't erase what happened in the map before. I've even had instances of blood effects persisting after leaving the map and appearing in my hideout.

Anyway, seeing my CPU usage looking as though I'm pumping a wave 30 simulacrum, but in my hideout, is concerning.

Is anybody already looking into this?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900XT
RAM: 32 GB

IN-GAME OPTIONS:
Renderer: Vulkan
Triple Buffering: Enabled (swapping made no difference here)
Dynamic Culling: Enabled
Dynamic Resolution: Enabled
Engine Multithreading: Enabled

Restarting the game resets the CPU usage and after a few maps, a restart of the game is required again.
