I would to show build for 100% Cold and Lightning damage taken as Fire damage and 100% Physical damage taken as Fire damage.

This is a build that we have been building for over a year.
Starting from S20, this build was built and reached its peak at S24.

Use Dawnbreaker, Sublime Vision(Purity of Fire) and Lethal Pride(Tempered by War) for 100% Cold and Lightning damage taken as Fire damage
The build use more than 10M.
Use Hinekora's Lock is the only way to make Amulets Unique.

8% of Physical Damage from Hits taken as Fire Damage
10% of Physical Damage from Hits taken as Fire Damage
-Dawnbreaker
20% of Physical Damage taken as Fire Damage
8% of Physical Damage from Hits taken as Fire Damage
-Watcher's Eye
10% of Physical Damage from Hits taken as Fire Damage while affected by Purity of Fire
-Cloak of Flame
40% of Physical Damage from Hits taken as Cold Damage
-Timeless Jewel
5% of Physical Damage from Hits taken as Fire Damage
-Summation
8%+10%+20%+8%+10%+40%+5%=101%>100%!We successfully converted 100% Physical damage taken as Elemental and Chaos damage!
