Switching to Directx12 solved crush/unresponsive PC issue

I had random hard freezes with windowed fullscreen mode(only thing was to do is reboot PC) and crushes with exclusive fullscreen mode. Then I switched to DirectX12 and never had same issue again. Hope this helps.

Now I have random small yellow, red, blue, green lines at the bottom of screen when alttabing back to the game. But I can live with that.
