Constant Crashing [High End PC] Microsoft Visual C++ / Corrupted Data

I've been having constant game crashes. This is my first league on this PC, so I have no way of knowing if this is a game issue or a me issue. I crash about 50% of the time loading into zones, maps and hideouts. Do you guys have any suggestions on how I may be able to fix this issue. The game is borderline unplayable for me, and I've been trying to power through it but I'm at my breaking point with it.

Things I've tried to fix it:
Reinstalling the game
Updating graphics drivers
Installing the game through the client and not Steam
Reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++
Repairing Microsoft Visual C++
Running -nosound launch option
Turned off Antivirus
Turned off Firewall
and many more


PC Specs:
i9 13900k
RTX 4090
Asus TUF Z790 Pro
32GB DDR5 Ram 6000hz
2TB SSD
Windows 11

Errors:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!

last time i have this problem it was windows updates version on the game was 3.22 the other thing is try to remove old filters . wish u good luck mate

64 gb ram

Played the last couple of days all fine, then yesterday i suddenly started to get this "Failed to decompress (corrupted data)" error. Today i couldnt even launch the game without crashing to desktop. So i formated the machine and reinstalled windows 10 and all drivers but still crashes with the same error. Tried the same things that Gooptoe list with no luck aswell

Can update, this unfortunately did not help. :(
