HIGH Ping up to STUCK -> YOUR Server Provider is completely broken!

Hi there,
Every 3rd maybe 4th or 5th if you're LUCKY, a new "instance" have VERY HIGH Ping or even make the Game completely STUCK (up to 99999 in the Ping Monitor) Solution for now (while leveling) is easy -> Make new Instance of the Area, if possible... BUT... This is NOT Possible for Vaal Side Areas, Towns/Hideout or any other UNIQUE Instance! Lost 2 Vaal Side Areas already! IF i join a Town or other unique Instance, the game is totally f*cked up! Means, i need to ALT+F4 or wait 20-60 seconds for "Exit to Character selection"... This is happening all the time and is VERY annoing! Especially later in Maps and Labs this will get from "just annoying" to completely unacceptable! I've also selected other Servers in my Region (EU) but the Problem still persists! Same issue here, lag spikes every ~5 seconds.
Author's packet loss starts with some hops prior to 185.225.211.* but for me loss starts at the two hosts 185.225.211.255 and 182.225.211.253 that are in the path of the host my instance is on 182.225.208.113. " Im using Magenta from Austria. Maybe it is the Routing but tbh it's not my problem as of all other IP Rages work "acceptable". Some of them also have "bad ping" but it is "kinda playable" there with Ping 80-120. But definitely NOT with Ping at 30K or more ^^ and i will definitely not play anymore until this is fixed because i already lost 4 Maps 🤮 also very STRANGE is the DNS of 185.225.208.103: evaluate.jetzt-pruefen.trade or DNS like... static.186.20.201.138.clients.your-server.de are also very... weird ^^ Also very "interesting" is that all cogentco.com routes are the problem it seems?! then you will never play this game again because this been an issue since 4 years. The only thing that helps is either using vpn or switching gateway to the closest non EU region. I switched to moscow and dont have those lags anymore only the latency delay from EU to RU server

Because i played: 3.3 (played PoE first time) 3.4 (a bit) 3.5 (a bit) 3.6 (started PoE properly) 3.7 3.8 (skipped) 3.9 3.10 (probably my longest league?) 3.11 (no so long) 3.12 (skipped) 3.13 3.14 (skipped) 3.15 3.16 (skipped) 3.17 (skipped) 3.18 (also played VERY intensive) 3.19 (just a bit, maybe 2-3 Weeks) 3.20 3.21 (also very intensive) 3.22 (just 1 Week) 3.23 now all of them a minimum of 1 Month and most of them 2 Month or even more in some Leagues... But NEVER had such problems and always with my Provider! So this MASSIVE Error does not exist 4 Years for me, just appeared NOW in 3.23! And also this MUST be fixed in case this is obviously a VERY common Problem! Maybe add a "Blacklist" for Broken Routes, Servers or Providers so the Game does NEVER create an Instance at this BROKEN Servers or Provider?! Last edited by q3fuba on Dec 29, 2023, 7:17:30 PM
