[Softlock] Oriath Docks - Rescue Bannon

We just encountered a softlock while rescuing Bannon from the Cathedral Rooftop in Act 10.

Player 1 is questing and solo-freed Bannon from the mobs.
Player 2 has finished the story and teleports to Player 1 (via the topleft group-teleport) while Player 1 has to talk to Bannon (still on the rooftop, after killing the mobs).

Somehow the area was still sealed off (like during a bossfight) after the dialogue and none of us were able to reach the exit area (see screenshot, this was as far as we could walk to the exit)
