The server still on Fire

I taked a few days of PoE and the servers are still working as S***
I wonder if its intelligent from a company perspective to ignore so hard your player base, and we're not talking about gameplay issues, harvest, MF or Archnemesis, something so basic as... game stability.
Easy more than 10 post a day about this topic, there's no reaction from GGG, its like we don't exist... we only exist to wait for PoE2
