Latency Spike, NA

https://pastebin.com/kHVTH0Q5

Until a few weeks ago I was playing with no issues. Two days ago and suddenly I started lagging like crazy. It doesn't seem to be an issue on my end, based on the MTR.

The weird thing is that whenever PoE lags, my internet overall also seems to lag? As in, if I am watching a livestream or something, the livestream buffers and the same time I am having a lag spike in PoE. I don't know what to make of it because the MTR doesn't show that the packet loss are happening in between me and the router. Unless the livestream packet path is the same as the one PoE is using? IDK too much about network things.

As can be seen in the test your latency (and packet loss though minor) is starting at the router, Power cycle the router, turn it off and leave it for a few minutes before powering it on again, then try playing again (also run the test) if you still get latency at the same stage you need to call your ISP.

Thanks for the help, friend. I am learning more and more about networks so I realize now that the main problem seems to be on my end based on my MTR, as confirmed by you.
