best lightning golem of hordes 4 link?

I'm running lightning golem of hordes secondary. Currently using Spell Echo, Faster Casting, Greater Multiple Projectiles. Is there a better option?

Not sure if it fits your application, but controlled destruction and minion damage would be good.

Thanks, I have tried controlled destruction. Can't decide between that and minion speed.
I'm not sure faster casting helps them any, do I've dropped that. | |

I've also considered unbound elements to help my Absolution damage
