Extreme Lag Spikes, Crashes, and Microphone/Headphone Disconnects...

Please respond to one of the many threads this league, indicating that you are taking SOME action.

My system: RTX 3080Ti, i7 12800H, 32GB RAM.
All Graphic Settings on the lowest possible Setting.

The situation has deteriorated over the past few days.
I'm experiencing severe lag spikes, as low as 2 FPS for extended periods, complete game crashes, and most recently, my headset disconnects during conversations in Discord while playing PoE.
It appears that my PC is under such INTENSE load that it struggles to perform other tasks, such as maintaining a connection to my headset, which has never been an issue before.

I am now somewhat apprehensive about launching PoE, fearing it might cause damage to my PC due to the game's apparent lack of optimization.

It's sad... because I would really like to sink many hours into this game.
