Unequipping gear/summon specter gem in Vaal Temple transforms all corpses into generic map bodies

Title pretty much summarizes it, I died in the temple due to delirium, beyond and a vaal vessel so when I came back I tried to re-summon some minions and accidentally clicked on my armor where I keep my specter links, unequipping and de-spawning my specters, when I tried to re-summon them from their bodies that usually drop when it despawns them without killing them their bodies turned into mobs that you usually find in the map instead.

I'm assuming it's replicable, not detrimental since it isn't any big loss for me but just reporting a bug I've encountered.
