Death in Viridian Wildwood sent me to trailmasters arena

I was in an overgrown ruin map T14, I went into the affliction league mechanic and came across the king of the mists. After dying to the boss and re-entering the map i was in an empty trialmasters arena from ultimatum.

Screenshot that i took is blank seems to have failed for some reason hopefully you can get something useful with the reference number soz.
