Server ping issue after 3.23

After 3.23 the games lagg went up in a horrible way, so many crashes, big loadings ms's going up to thousands (this one is a new to me) ect.

I saw so many ppl with the same problems and a few days ago, The game logged me out from the game and after that, on all the servers that I played on till now my ping went up above 100+ms for no reason and its just not changing, except Moscow(wtf) and for some reason its ping stayed on 60ms (why?), so I have to play there for now.

First of all no its not my internet, in/on every other game, site, program ect, my ping is fine as always was, only POE has this problem.
The servers that I played on before this issue:

Amsterdam
London
Frankfurt
Milan
Paris

Most of the time Im on the first two. My avg ping was 30-40ms, now its 100+ everyday.
I tried out so many things to solve it but nothing happend...

Plz look after this mistery because the game 70% of its time is unplayable for me in this state...which Im sad for because this league is really good.
