Both game and window hang - Forced PC restart

Hello all,
Anyone experienced this issue, as i cant find the similar issue in the thread? My issue here is, been encountered this issue since last week- that after entering portal to town, got randomly both my window screen and game hang. Cant even exit the game. Nothing cannot be done, except can only Alt-Ctrl-Delete, to force restart my PC. If anyone here encounter this issue, let me know the solution to resolve this. Same here, happens only when im playing POE, i thought it was my pc, maybe RAM suddenly bricked or something at first, but this only happens in POE.
Just searched and found older post, this what exactly happens to me: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3410200 Solution is not to play this game anymore i guess, cause everytime this happens i die in sanctum, losing everything, and my time especially. Happens to me as well, no other game I'm experiencing anything like this.
W11 Home, 13th gen i7, RTX 3070 Ti Heist always leads to game freezing, regular maps I'm having a lot of freezes especially when doing blight or legion stuff I have to resort to opening Task Manager on a different screen and then tabbing to it to end the process. I just had 5 freezes in a single map, killing me every single time. Just unplayable |
