king of the mists and totem invincible

king of the mists ported few times and it seems one time too far, maybe he is also stuck behind a tree. he does the totem summoning animation and stands still, he is invincible and the totem is not targetable. both recieve no damage. king of the mists has energy shield which is still drainable nut not the hp.
