Frostblink is Unusable on Edges/Ledges with Controller but Works Fine with M&K

Hey GGG!

The Frostblink skill, when used with a controller, doesn't work when the character is close to an edge. (But I know it's supposed to cause it works fine with mouse and keyboard.)

Go to Pillars of Arun or Act 2 with the broken bridges. If you use a controller to get over the gaps, you'll rarely be able to even use the skill. It's like it's disabled without being greyed out. You'll press the button for Frostblink and nothing will even happen. Do the same with a mouse and the skill works perfectly fine.
