Multiple Issues Xbox

1. Unable to load Microtransactions

"Failed to load the shop. Try again in a few minutes."

2. Unable to see/load custom filters. When the issue first began the filter names would 'flicker' for a moment before no longer being visible in the drop down menu. Now, it only shows the default filters which are no where good enough for a game like this.

3. Unable to import builds to PoB because my profile is seen as private, even though you guys have verified that it is NOT set to private already. I know, PoB is a 3rd party program. However, this problem began the same exact day all of the other issues began.

4. Crashing while grouped. Solo does not seem to have this problem, but at random while grouped will cause us to begin crashing repeatedly and quite often. Especially during the Campaign, but it has happened some in maps.

5. Load times have become ridiculous at times.

All of these issues began near the final weeks of 3.22. I have been unable to buy the MTX that I wanted, I'm sure you guys will be happy to look into this one. Using your provided filters is undesirable and just not fun after using custom filters for a few years. Being unable to load builds into PoB and work on them there has actually caused me to lose the desire to play PoE because I have to rely on other people's builds without the ability to load my character in and see if I'm missing something in order to fix in game issues such as dps, defence, etc.

As I said earlier, these issues all began happening on the same day, but also to my son as well on a different console.

This might be caused by what I tend to call "the local storage bug". It can be fixed by reinstalling the game. It's possible it's something else, and reinstalling won't help, but it works for most people.

I was able to import your character no problem. Are you using the "community fork" of PoB? It's the only one that is still maintained, AFAIK.

Also, when on the import screen, make sure to choose "XBox" from the dropdown on the left (it defaults to "PC").

As to load times, everyone is complaining about them this league. The crashing is not something I've heard about, so I'm guessing that's an XBox-specific issue. Or it could be caused by some specific interaction between two skills/mtx/etc that the two of you are using.

Tried everything you suggested and still having the issues minus the multiplayer crashing.
Gonna try emailing support again.
