Various bugs between character name changes and league ladders

So I've been having quite a bit of fun with the new name change feature, its probably my favorite QOL update to POE in quite some time. Thanks for that!

I've noticed a few interesting interactions that all seem to be rooted in the XP ladder for a league (both in game with /ladder and here on the website) being hard-locked to a character's original name and not reflecting name changes via the website tool.

My first character of the league, originally named "LILY_GOCK" can be found in my profile's characters under the *new* name "I_miss_Stef". https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/trenzafeeds/characters?characterName=I_miss_Stef

When viewing the league ladder of PL43562, however, you can see that the character still displays its original name of "LILY_GOCK".

Unfortunately I didn't take screenshots at the right times to show it, but the /ladder command in game similarly displays the original (incorrect) name of "LILY_GOCK" while the name in lights/yellow text for first to reach level 100 *correctly* displayed the new (changed) name.

Determined to explore more weird behavior before reporting to you lovely folks, I made a second character (Gladiator) named "LILY_GOCK" in the same league. And yep, clicking on the character name of my level 100 Elementalist on the league ladder page will in fact link you straight to my level 89 Gladiator :^)
