Crazy latency spikes since [2.23]

Just like the title says.
I've been getting very strong latency spikes ranging from 9ms - 25000ms in some instances. Leveling was okay, i just had to reload the instance and could play like i'd normaly do, its a diffrent story in maps or lab. I did an dnsflush, did the "Verify this game's files are installed correctly"-Thing to no avail. A few minutes ago i found this post and followed it. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789 I tried it on an instance without the problem and it was 0% packetloss. Switched instances a few times and found one that had the problems. https://pastebin.com/dvgMew9n Please could someone help me resolve this problem. It's not something us players can fix. GGG has to fix it but it seems to me that they're completely ignoring it for some reason.

" You are incorrect in that assumption. They are paying customers, if the service they are paying for is faulty and/opr causing problems then they WILL be in contact with their server providers and getting it sorted. To me though this seems to be something off the back of atlas.cogentco.com in france, those that have bothered to actually trouble shoot instead of bleat "it's the servers" have the same line. I would assume that they have also tried to go around the issue, but a VPN may help, people were complaining about the milan server being fucked, i tested that my self while people were posting about it and it was up and running just fine with a stable latency, though i connected through the UK so i likely missed the problem hop before the server that a lot of mainland EU would go through.
