game crash its not my pc fault

my crash 2 time today making me loose important encounter after loosing a divine to the server problem they other day and never got compensated its end of the league for me plus GGG just loose at least 3 customer cause my friend are not playing if i'm not. unless GGG give me a huge compensation i'm not playing for this season and never gonna spend money again. I will make sure to tell everyone how bad this game is and how devs do not care about theyre players
