Disconnected Failed to connect to instance

Hi guys
when i go to any loading screen (map.lab.acts) it dosent matter where i go the loading screen load for along time an i get DC to main menu and i get this error i try to change directX11 to 12 and tried Vulkan and nothing. any ideas
