Can´t play getting stuck on infinite loading screen after recent patch

So after patch 3.23.0c I can´t play the game anymore. I can login and get into town but when I teleport somewhere I will get stuck on a infinite loading screen. Sometimes the teleport goes through but 1 or 2 zone after I am again stuck in a infinite loading screen.

I have tried things that I have found online that could have been the problem but nothing has helped. -- I reinstalled the game, deleted shader caches, deleted the settings file to reset all settings, tried out dx11 dx12 and vulkan and all have same problem, tried to disable pre-shader on steam and setting the Nvidia shader cache size to 10gb but to no avail still cannot play the game.

Before the update the game was working fine save the performance issues that everyone has been having, but now I can´t even play the game.

I have found the main problem I think for me. When I use the mtx from the new supporter packs then I will get the infinite loading screen. Without them the game runs fine.
