Constant crashes when entering a map from hideout

Hello, so I've been encountering crashes when trying to enter map from my hideout. I have lost about 10 maps in 2 days to this problem. on first open the map funktions normally but when I die sometimes I cannot reenter the map and it will crash every single time I try ( sometimes the last protal magically works again. But only when I'm lucky) I have since the crashes started: moved POE from my HDD to my SSD, I have updated my drivers, I have done multiple repairs through steam and nothing has worked so far.

updating my drivers has reduced the frequency of my crashes. I am currently duoing with a friend of mine who while even running on a worse PC than mine ( I have a GTX 2070, 16GB RAM, Intel core I5 9600k) has never experienced such crashes.

I play on Direct x12 because that works best for me, I have lowered graphics to reduce lag and FPS drops.

he has never had any crashes apart from league start.

also it never happens when first entering the map. it only happens when I die.

how do I solve this problem?

Update: I am currently reinstalling the game. with any luck the crashes stop happening if not the last ditch effort failed.
