cpu spikes & old hw

every time i entered a zone i had these huge spikes at mob encounters
game froze for a couple of secs (sometimes more) i was dead or unexpected disconnect
at first i thought it was just my old specs and poe and the shader system
(every harvest opening was the same
open -> freeze or straight to loging screen)

after doing some testing by moving poe to an old hdd

turns out its just assets and shaders moving at the same time on the same ssd as win10 creating a nuclear ammount of io

resulting in cpu hanging and dc
