Frequent unexpected disconnections

I'm encountering frequent unexpected disconnections to the login screen, happening approximately every minute or two. Additionally, while in-game, my latency consistently spikes to around 500ms every few seconds, remaining at a stable 13ms when not spiked. This issue persists irrespective of the activity, whether I'm in maps or simply standing in my hideout. Upon disconnection, the latency skyrockets to 20k+ms.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor, 4200 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080
RAM: 32.0 GB
Gateway: Primarily Texas, but I have tested multiple gateways.

Despite various attempts to resolve the issue, including adjusting client settings and trying different gateways, the problem persists. I've experimented with both the Steam and standalone clients and even attempted to use a VPN without success.
