Game Crashes/Closes after Character Selection

My Game just closes while loading the first town, no error code oder message whatsoever.

I already tired the following:

-Restart computer
-Reinstall POE
-Checked file integrity multiple times
-Settings from DirektX auf Vulcan
-POE run as Admin
-Checked for Driver Updates (all Up-to-Date)
-all Graphic Settings are as low as possible

In the Task Manager it looks like CPU is running to 100% and then closes the Game. Yesterday I was able to play as normal, nothing changed since then.

Looks like Steam is shutting down for a brief moment, too

Any Ideas what else I could try?


Update:
-Cleared Chache, didn't help
-tried older Characters with different starting locations, same Problem
-removed client config, didn't help

Think they put this in the basket post poe2? Seen it's been around awhile..
