Blight monsters stuck in level decorations

Description: Blight encounter in City Square map doesn't complete because some of the monsters are stuck in decorations. One lane's blight portal spawned right on top of a statue nested between two of those "shield wall" things, and the monsters don't move or attack, and they're also not targetable.

Update: Trying various bow skills I managed to kill the stuck monsters with Scourge Arrow, which somehow was able to hit the monsters where the skills I tried (Lightning Arrow, Storm Rain, Rain of Arrows, Blast Rain, Toxic Rain, Caustic Arrow) could not.
