pls Enable potato graphics for older rigs

As someone with an older PC Rig, who wants to play the game Pls let us disable shadows compleatly, lower particel effects and other effects. allow us to turn of the ability to see other players in town as the amount of flashy Mtx effects cause a lot of lag for older PC's.

And pls fix the servers so we who have older pc rig's dosent get disconnected every time we get the smallest lag spike, getting disconnected 10 times and having one game crash all in 1 and half hour is starting to get real tireing.
