Item in Heist trapped under vault door

Was doing some Heists. Not sure which zone this one was, but I had Isla for Engineering. The large vault door in front of the target moved on top of loot, which then made it inaccessible. In this case it was just a chroma recipe glove, but potential for anything to get stuck under it.
